Hello all. My Mu-So 2 all of a sudden won’t turn on, and I have been trying to contact Naim about this issue, but so far have not been able to get a response.
In people’s experience, what is the best way to get in touch with someone from Naim who can help?

Your first port of call here is your Naim dealer. I think Naim support via email are a bit swamped so response to technical queries can take a while.
Perhaps we can help you here? I take it would have tried the App and the top panel? Try power cycling your router. Have you tried re-setting the Mu-So with the pin hole reset?
