My Mu-so was working fine last night but won’t power up today and the Mu-so has disappeared from the App. I have checked that the power outlet and lead are working and have disconnected from the mains for an hour but no change. I tried resetting to factory settings but it doesn’t work as the Mu-so is not powered up. Any suggestions?
PS I have now plugged an ethernet cable in but no change.
Have you checked the fuse in the mains plug? Also check that the mains lead is plugged into the muso properly.
I am on 120v (outside UK) so have no fuse in the plug. The mains lead is plugged in correctly; also I tried another lead - no change.
Assuming there is actually mains power on that 120V outlet, then if you have no visible awakening at all of the muso, so no lights even momentarily, then unfortunately I think you have a hardware fault there and it will need to go for a repair.
