Mu so faulty touch panel

Hi everyone
Has anyone had any issues with their mu so touch panel
The volume works perfect but the volume indicator and the touch sensors are not lit up

Have you tried unplugging your muso from mains power, then plugging it in again and letting it restart normally?

I have a similar problem, mine will not switch on or off on the touch panel. I have to use the remote or the app.

I’ve had the same problem with my Muso Qb on a couple of occasions.

Unplugging the power lead and plugging in again (as suggested by davidhendon) resolved the problem for me each time.

I have had same problem fir last couple of years.
Have to use the remote to switch on.
All other functions are ok though on the wheel

Yes me too - I have first gen MuSo circa 5 years old now, about 2 years ago the touch panel controls became increasingly difficult, a strong prod is now needed to turn on/off, the other controls are also much less sensitive than they used to be. On/off almost unusable now, I just use the app instead…
