Mu-So QB2 update problem

Hello.

I recently purchased a mu-so Qb2 speaker, and after briefly listening to it at home, I downloaded the app from Google Play, and attempted an update.

The speaker displayed a blue LED for almost an hour. After a while, I unplugged the hardware, and when I plugged it back in, the diode was still blue. I no longer have access to anything. I deleted and put back the application, I tried to reset the speaker with the needle, without success. Has this happened to anyone? It’s very frustrating and I don’t know what to do anymore!!!

How long did you hold the reset pin in for ?

I find pressing the reset button and holding for more than 10 seconds easily resets the QB2.
