My soon to be ex wife (or possibly my kids) lost my 1st gen mu so remote and it won’t power on without it. The app doesn’t power on either and it cannot find the room even though it says it is connected to wi-fi. Any ideas on what to do so I don’t have a $1500 brick? Appreciate the help!
Buy a replacement remote, just a few quid from Naim

You don’t need the remote. It should power on if you touch the power touch switch inside the volume control. Have you tried taking the power right off then connecting the power again?
After that the next thing to try would be a factory reset.
Yes, I have tried that as well, it will not power on. How do you go about a factory reset?
