I have three Naim products:
At the core is a Unity Nova with some nice speakers.
In two other rooms I have a Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation.
Before today I could connect multiple units via the smartphone app creating a multi-room listening experience. Today, the app only allows a single room. If I select a second room, all audio goes to that room.
Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on?
I suggest firstly stop and restart the Naim app. If that doesn’t fix the problem then turn the power off all three Naim streamers (I mean pull the power, not just turn them off with their on/off switches.
Then power them up again. When they are all back on line and you can see the three rooms in the Naim app, try the multiroom again.
Also I assume that you aren’t trying to multiroom a high res music file? There are some restrictions about that, so make sure that you are trying to multiroom a CD quality file.
If none of that works, then do it again but this time include restarting your router and let that fully restart before turning on the Naim streamers.
