Great! this is the one thing that does not work on my muso 2 with my LG C8 I bought various hdmi cables thinking it might fix the problem but to no avail. Hopefully this does the trick
Good to know NAIM team are working on the HDMI ARC implementation.
I’ve had a pretty difficult time setting up my MUSO 2 with my Sony TV and only recently been able to reasonably reliably connect the two devices but I still can’t configure the MUSO to automatically power on/off with the TV.
I can’t see that the latest release has made any real difference so far.
Have you been in touch with Naim support about this? If not, please do so as the more info of instances where there are compatibility issues that Naim can gather, the better they can ensure that they can try to improve it. I guess that if everybody just stuck to a standard then we wouldn’t have such problems, but until that happens…
I am using the Muso 2 with a Panasonic TV and the HDMI switch on/off works with no trouble at all.

Working with the dealer in Swindon (Audio T) who have been supporting a resolution. Dealer has been in touch with NAIM already so they are aware of issues.
It appears that ARC is a bit of a dark art.
