MuSo 2 QB Alarm „works“ but no radio music

Hi, I am here again
and again I got a bizzare problem with alarms on a MuSo 2 QB. Everything worked good last week. Then we went away for a couple of days, but didn’t change anything on the streamer, not on the QB and not on the app.
Coming back I thought our alarm would wake us up with our favourite radio station.
But what happened. The MuSo 2 QB started, the light went on, but no music.
So I thought I might start it by the remote control, but nothing happened. Trying it by the app, no radio.
The month before I got an triangel with an exclamation mark beside my favourite for this Radio Station and a text, but this text was longer than the app showed. My interpretation, the abo for this favourite ends in a couple of months and I should change this favourite someday. When I first saw it, I couldn’t change the radio station. The favourited was still the same within all webradio stations in the selection.
This morning there was a new selection and I thought, this is my problem, I have to change the radio station and everything will be good. But I failed, it’s only partly better.
Radio works, when I start it by the app.
Because I can’t change the favourite radio within an alarm I deleted all my alarms and created a new one for testing. So, the MuSo 2 lighted up at alarm time, but there was no radio sounding. I looked at the app. There I could see the radio sign but that wasn’t started there was the arrow beside. When in touched on this arrow, the radio started.
I did a reset on the MoSo 2 QB, no change. I deleted the alarm and created a new, no change. Started the app again, no change… The alarm works, the radio station is selected but it doesn’t start streaming.
What’s that again?
Since I got MuSo’s there are problems with alarms again and again. Will Naim never get that work constantly?
Does anyone have an idea how I can get that work again?

As you can see in several threads the old internet radio from vtuner has now also died on Naim devices. The good news is that you just have to update your cuso if it is not on firmware 3.10 or later and then delete yyour radio presets and favorits and create them again. Now you are using the new Naim intenret radio.

My firmware is 4.4.1 (6600).
But maybe you didn’t get my point. I already deleted the old radio favourite. And looked for the new. I can start this and it works good.
The problem, when I set an alarm, with this favourite radio station, the MuSo 2 Qb starts (light shows) but the radio doesn’t sound. When I look into the app in this situation, I can see, that the MuSo 2 Qb is working, I see that the f favourite is selected, but it doesn’t run. As you can see on the screenshots

It seems, as the alarm is in function but doesn’t do the last step, starting the stream. The light may make me wake up, but most of the time, I will need the sound. An light only alarm makes no sense.
Maybe you have hint, to make the alarm work properly.
P. S. now I realised something on top.
When I start the radio via app and stop it via app. I can start later on the radio via remote control. When the MuSo 2 Qb is started by an alarm, and the radio is not working, I can make run the radio by app, but not by remote control. Even when I shut down the MuSo 2 Qb by remote or App before the radio worked, and start the streamer by remote, the radio doesn’t work, when I try to start it by remote control. Via app it’s again possible. Once I have done it per app, it works with the remote control. Funny but annoying.

No ideas ?

I had the same issue with the alarm. Light went on, but the QB2 didn’t play my favorite radio station.

In my case I found out that the alarm was showing hr3 radio station, but once I selected hr3 the following screen was displaying my presets but none was selected.

Pressed hr3 again and afterwards all good.

Thank you for your hint.
In my case it isn’t, as easy.
I got only one preset „SWR3“ and it was selected already.
Then 1 made a second preset and used „HR3“. In the alarm settings I selected then „HR3“ and it worked.
I thought, when I switch now back to „SWR3“ it will work too. But it failed. The light went on, but no sound. An alarm 10 minutes later with „HR3“ worked, so I didn’t miss to get up.
So I‘m puzzled.
I guess I have to do more tests. First I deselected „SWR3“ from my presets. I will take it back again on different preset positions 1, 3 … and will test how it behaves. I have three ideas. The SWR3 webradio isn’t integrated well and will not function right anyway. Or the first selection for the preset was corrupted. Third the position 1 in the presets doesn’t work properly.
