Hi Looking for help
When Playing tracks on usb the track will skip back to start after 5/6 second then start playing and it plays all the way through, it does not happen when playing the same track via Bluetooth tried different usb sticks tried re transferring files tried unplugging muso and restarting, It does not do it to all tracks and not specific to flac or mp3 just cant work it out anyone have any ideas
That does sound like an odd thing to happen.
As you’ve tried restarting the Muso - unplugging from the mains for a few minutes and then reconnecting, it might be worth trying a factory reset.
You will lose your saved presets though.
Yeah tried that already no difference when played via bluetooth or via my NAS drive they wll play fine just usb and ive tried 3 different usb sticks kingston and sandisk still does it and just some tracks not all

It sounds as though you’ve tried most things.
I do know that sometimes, strange figures such as % $ # in data tagging can cause strange issues and, long file names can be problematic.
If you know a particular troublesome track, it might be worth checking using a meta data tagging software to see exactly what’s what.
Thanks Tried That No Luck Doesn@t seem to be any pattern apart from it happening all tracks on an album or none so its not individual tracks
