My Muso has stopped working and displays two of the volume lights still lit up and the Naim logo flashing… any ideas? I have tried the reset button but still no joy.
Mine just started doing the same. It does work from the app but not from the system itself. Did you get a response?
Have you tried unplugging, leaving for a few minutes then plugging back in again? Then trying a reset with the pinhole?
Otherwise, I would contact Naim tech support.
