muso qb gen 1:

  1. Alarm tho switched on does not work as it used to.
  2. After 1 1/2 hours radio volume goes down to zero, no prompting from me.
  3. Often loses connectivity, other devices don’t, whether wifi or ethernet.

Have tried resetting under instruction from your helpline.
Is the machine faulty?
