Had a muso QB for maybe a couple years, had been working great, but I recently noticed it would skip a little bit when I was using my phone while connected, but I wasn’t too bothered. However, today it won’t turn on at all, there is no light, nothing on the screen, it’s basically a very good looking brick. Does anyone have any help or idea? Would appreciate greatly
I would check power cable connection first and make sure cable is not loose. Then try connecting qb in other room to be sure if there is something wrong with the powersocket(blown fuse etc.).
Behind qb there’s a colored light that tells you the connection status of the qb. Is there any color visible if you check back of the qb?
After that it gets tricky. Have you tried turning qb on using Naim app?
