Hello, couple of days ago I’ve seen new update for my muso qb 2 and decided to install it. Unfortunately update process never finished.
Solid blue light on the back and nothing is happening.
I tried to reboot my wifi router, tried to hold reset button, but nothing helped.
From my app on my iphone I see that unit is visible (onlly when ethernet cable is connected), but when I am clicking on it I see “Checking for New Firmware”.
Could somebody help me to solve the issue.

Hello. Yes I tried to do this multiple time. I tired to unplug it from ac for different periods, from multiple minutes to couple of hours. Unfortunately it didn’t help. Thanks for advice
Hmm. You say you’ve done the reset - you need to poke the pin right in until it clicks, then hold for at least 10 seconds. It’s best to try this while connected via ethernet, as a wifi glitch may mean it’s struggling to get the update.
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest calling Naim support.
Ensure it’s ok for wifi connection (if you have no ethernet option), reset once more and give it a lot of time, just leave it alone as in forget about it and don’t touch it. It should work it out itself. (mine has done it on several similar occasions).
