Received update for one muso but not for the other in conservatory…why?
Have you tried a hard re-start (Power out - wait a few minutes - Power in then power up) for the other Mu-So?
Yes I have , the other one in the front room had an update via the app
They should both update from the App (obviously you need to select first). Have you tried a reset and then set up again and then wait and see whether it prompts you to update? Otherwise, probably best that you contact Naim support.
Ok thanks for help but at moment I’m happy I’ve got one going I’ll keep waiting for update cheers

Try taking the one that won’t update directly to the router and plugging in. Then wait too see whether it will give you the update.
Which one updated? Im guessing the WiFi one has not, in which case, plug it in to the network via a cable.

Not so strange - those Ethernet over mains devices are horrible and can cause all sorts of problems. They are best avoided if possible, unless absolutely necessary.
