My Nsc 222 can’t upgrade firmware

Hi, my 222 says the firmware is ok but it is the original 5.0.0. Why??

I suggest turn the 222 off, unplug the mains so it’s completely unpowered, wait half a minute then turn it on again. When it has fully restarted, go to the Naim app and then settings in the 222 section. Then go to System Settings and select “Check for updates”.

Well unless anyone else comes up with any ideas then, you will have to call Naim technical support for advice. They aren’t there until Monday.

It may be worth resetting it, and then doing a check for firmware as David suggested.

In a discussion I have found this, it coud resolve the problem

could it be blocked by an aggressive firewall or other a bit too trigger happy security software in your network?
