My NSS333 has disappeared from the Naim app

I’ve powered down my system for 5 mins then switched it on again but still no joy. I’ve also shut down and restarted the Naim app. Should I use ‘add a new device’ or is there something else I can try?

Add the router and switch if you have one to the off and on again list.
