My Samsung a35 refuses to use chromecast

Currently I am streaming on qobuz, since my mobile provider stopped giving me almost free tidal. So I have setup my devices to use the qobuz app.
Testing it out I found that qobuz only sees the local device in the device selection screen.
Testing it out with a few other chromecast enable apps showed the same. No way to get in and se select my nd555.
So reading up on this online this is not new, however the solutions are many and what works for one does not work for others.
I have tried removing and reinstalling google home. Deleting my home on Google Home.
This has not resolved anything. The funny thing is that if I start qobuz on my iphone the a35 will still see that I am using chromecast and the player controls works as expected in the naim app on the Samsung phone.
Chromecast is known for being anoying when it does not work, but this is worse than it used to be.
The apps that cannot open the connect screen on the Android device works fine when used on my iOS phone.
So something has messed up something on the android a35 phone.
I am spending much too much time on this and I am running out of ideas. Maybe others have been in the same situation.

The phone is as updated as Samsung allows so still on 1.6.1 and Android 14.

Have you tried setting up your qobuz account in the Naim app, and streaming using that?

Yes works as expected this is something specific for any chromecast enabled app. As I wrote If I starte a chromecast stream from iOS the focal app on the Android device knows that. So this is specific for chromecast on this device.

Have you restarted your router?

I did change my router wednesday, but of course did not restart any phones before that. Anyway the problem was eventually solved with a router shut down and restart. In the end this seems to solve many unsolvable chromecast problems, even though I am sure that the other steps were also necessary ssince nothing changed on my iphone.
