My UNITI all-in-one (2009) no longer works after a stuck update

Hello,
After an attempt to update the firmware 4.7 that went wrong, my NAIM Uniti 1 amplifier is unusable: the display permanently indicates “Firmware upgrade Do noy switch off”.
Shutting down and restarting has no effect even after a complete shutdown for several hours.
I tried several key combinations (read on the forum) to reset but without effect.
Do you have a solution to reboot the device?
Thank you for your help.

Hope you can fix It. I’ve received The message this morning to update mine and decided to wait to see other experiences. Will keep an eye if you have more updates.

What firmware version was the Uniti on before you tried to update it? There are some very early versions that cannot be updated, but the instructions cover this.
Were you updating to 4.7? The latest is 4.8.

The original firmware was version 4.3 I think. But I could not use the network functions for several months without any particular reason (Internet radio, listening from the NAS…). That’s why I wanted to upgrade. I had downloaded the firmware 4.7 recommended by NAIM and compatible with my hardware a long time ago.
I am also waiting for a response from NAIM support to know how to reset

Ok, Thank you.

There were some versions from which the update to 4.7 caused problems, and in any case the latest is 4.8 which did not have this problem. Either way, 4.8 is what you should be trying to run.
