NAC 252 inputs - recommendations?

I have the ND 555 on the “hdd” input, but wonder if any particular input is “best” for a turntable.

I’m using Aux 1 at the moment for the tt. I’m not using the 252 to power a phono stage. (Rega Aria has its own wall wort.)

Assuming you need no phantom power it makes no difference at all

They should all sound the same, but when hifi geekiness hit it’s peak in 2008, it was decided that the cd input was the best. Those were the days.
