I have just discovered that the plastic ring which screws around the metal bit of the socket has cracked. I can just unscrew it and put a new one on, if I can find where to buy one.
Does anyone know what the socket is and where it can be purchased?

Talk to your dealer. They should be able to source something from Naim.
FWIW the early WBT Next Gens had these plastic securing rings but were later changed to metal which was more durable.
