Nac272 problem with iradio (vtuner)

Hello!!!
I don’t really what to do ,yesterday and today I had a problem with iradio (vtuner)on my Nac272 ,it’s only showing on display "tuning " and after few second shows "connecting "but nothing happens,no sound??
Soo,what’s wrong ?
Is this something wrong with nac272 or it’s only problem with iradio?

Vtuner has been having some problems I think as there’s also a report from yesterday of a brand new NDX2 unable to find stations.

There is a thread “Help needed with radio”. Its a problem with iRadio (vTuner), Naim are aware & are working with vTuner.
Its working for me at the moment, but its been on & off all day, so it might not be actually fixed, I’m waiting to see the confirmation from Naim on the other thread that it is fixed .
