I am doing my first update but it has got stuck at 72 percent for some reason.
Can I abort and start again?
It’s been stuck for 20 mins so worried I will knacker my superuniti please help !!!
Yes you can abort and just restart it. But it won’t work in a half updated state. So you have to get it to complete.
What stage of the update is it stuck in?
Thanks I got it eventually not sure what was going on it took 5-6 attempts and a reset afterwards but thanks.
You may never have to do another one, but if any of the uploads don’t complete during an update, then it’s usually that one of the communication links isn’t working properly.
In particular doing the update using WiFi to your PC/Mac can be ok if your WiFi is really solid. But using WiFi to connect the SuperUniti to your router is not advised for the update process and if you were doing it that way, then it would be worth using a temporary Ethernet cable next time.
Thanks appreciate your help - both were hard wired but my laptop is an old one that we never use so not sure if it was originally causing the problem.

Using an old laptop shouldn’t matter. I did this update on my two SuperUnitis, a UnitiLite and my NAC-N 272 using an old windows 7 PC that I keep just for this task.
Anyway if there is another update issued and you run into an issue, just ask here. There are lots of us who have done a huge number of these green screen streamer updates, what with all the betas over the years.
