Have you installed the config URL on your Windows or Mac computer & scanned the library ?..

OK I’ll pass on this one, I use iPad for most all the music play, but on odd occasions Android phone, but with no issues such as you’re experiencing.

Occasionally, it’s worth re-installing an app on an iOS device that displays that sort of problem.
