I am not macbook owner yet. Can we run MAC OS on a virtual machine and use this?
I suspect not, as it needs the M1 Mac to run.

No, but a workaround is to install Bubble UPnP on your network, use it to make your NDX2 open home compatible and use Linn Kazoo to control. That’s what I use to control my Atom from my iMac.
