Naim App Slider not working with my 332. Defaults to volume knob

Hi I am using a 332 and 333. The volume slider on the Naim app stopped working and only the volume knob on the 332 seems to ch as age the volume. Also the volume setting is not showing in the 333 screen. How can I fix this? ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Did you trying unplugging the boxes from the mains, wait a minute, then plug them in again?

Thanks. Turns out my new CDP and cables arrived at the dealer and I will be getting a home visit tomorrow. Disabilities make it difficult for me to do what you suggested. The tech will address the issues tomorrow.

Just push the brightness/reset button on the back of the unit for more than 3 seconds.This should fix the problem.

Maybe it’s a problem of system automation. Just reset the 332 and then pair again the 333 with 332.
If it doesn’t work your dealer will have the best solution. Hope it works :victory_hand:

@frenchrooster Yes. The dealer sent his tech person on Tuesday. He installed the Luxman and addressed the 332/333 not pairing. It is now paired as it should be again. I spoke to the dealer yesterday. He will look into why it gets unpaired and what can be done. Thanks for asking.

I sure hope things remain reasonably stable and issue free for a good long while.

It seems that when your dealer gets involved, fixes something faulty (that they may or may not have caused), your system breaks again.

Either your dealer is no good or the Naim products are no good.

Is it just me?
