Naim App Won’t Load

When I attempt to connect to my 272 via the app either on my phone or iPad, I get a message that says: “Another App Connected. Disconnect other client and try again”. But I don’t have the app running on any other device. I don’t know how to clear this. Any suggestions would be welcome.



If you really don’t have any other devices that may be running the app, turn the 272 off and on again. This fixes most things.

And properly restart your phone and iPad.

Also if you regularly use the Naim app on both iPhone and iPad, make sure you haven’t ticked “stay connected” in the app settings on either.

And you could swipe the app away on the other idevice so that you know for sure that only one is able to be connected.
