I was surprised by the length and detail of its response, but it goes to show how networks can be tricky things and if you don’t have all the information on your network and its devices, you’re unlikely to find the problem without a lot of research and trail and error… A definite case of keeping things as simple as possible unless you’re a network engineer!

Yes, and sometimes it’s not helped by some of this stuff either being completely hidden, or renamed to something like IPTV on/off because I guess they’re afraid of scaring people with things like IGMP. Although I’m not sure IPTV means much to many either!
Presumably the OP has had some caffeine! Anyway on the subject of the app yes it works fine, almost, but it’s still randomly reordering play lists, and not letting me correcting them.
