Naim Dac - flashing lights

Hi , i,ve got a Dac , with both sync and HD lights flashing constantly together , is this significant ?? I,ve never seen this before , does anyone here have any ideas … thanks …Roy

Just to check the obvious first. Do you have the link plug inserted properly. From the manual -

Note: If the DAC power supply link plug or external power supply is incorrectly installed the hd and sync indicators will flash.

Like @james_n says above. Also check the dock/undock button
