Anyone knows if it’s possible to power “Naim DAC” using Naim CDPS? I think the burndy needs to be modified to match the pins in DAC, other than that, and probably not as powerful as XPS, but is it worthy to use CDPS or even possible? The reason I asked is because I have a CDS1/CDPS, I think the DAC chip in my CDS1 is broken, it has been giving me cracking sound and so loud that I am afraid it will damage my speakers, but the CDPS is in good condition.

Have you contacted your dealer or Naim to see if your player can be serviced?
