First of all apologies if this has been discussed before but since the last Naim Web “redesign”, it’s been very laggy loading pages of the forum. Nothing wrong with my internet speeds. Anyone else suffering from it?

i have similar problems eg click on back arrow - no apparent effect - click again -it goes back 2 pages

I have similar … I’m not sure if its a problem with iOS 7.3 or the new 4.9 or maybe both. I have already reported it to the beta testing group.

Screens have an intermittant problem when the screen locks up and is unresponsive.
Exiting the app and then going in again invariably fixes it, and I noticed that it opens on the screen you where trying to open before the lockup.
I’ve update phone and iPad to 18.3.1 and the issue still persists.
Lately there has not been any this kind of problems but it has happened in the past (irregularly).
I still have earlier IOS (iPhone 8 is not supported anymore). Not likely this has any impact though.
For those with problems, it must be down to firmware 3.10.1…

I’ve not noticed anything like this lately although I have seen that traffic to the forum has obviously increased markedly of late…
Android/Chrome user here, predominantly Android. No problems as such. I don’t have Naim gear that uses software, so no issues there, either.
I just cleared cache, switched off and on the iPad and phone after updating software. iPad is fine but phone still lagging but not as bad as before. At least I now know it’s not just me with the issue.
No problems here on MacBook Air or Windows using Firefox. Nice and speedy on both.
I have noticed similar issues over last week or two. Thought it was just me. Seems to be a thing on iPad, with pages hanging or being very slow to load but not noticeably on iPhone.
No problems on my 13 year old Windows laptop running Firefox browser.
The Focal Naim app runs fine on my Android tablet.
I have noticed that if I get an email of someone who has responded to a post from me, if I click on “Visit Topic”, sometimes it goes to the Naim forum home page but no further. Clicking on Visit Topic a second time usually works.
So something is definitely not quite right.

It seems peps are referring to two different issues.
The op mentioned the forum, guessing via Safari.
Using iPad M4 on 18.1.1, no noticeable lack of response from the forum via Safari and I always have multiple tabs open, so a heavy refresh in the background, yet I don’t see an issue on tablet or on iMac.
The Naim app on the tablet, equally no lack of response issues on 7.3 (12000).
I do regularly, at least once a week, on iPhones and tablet, close all apps, power these off and restart after a short period.
Periodically, I also restart the router, which is copper back to the cabinet, rather than fibre, so no very fast internet. Trying to load the paper early this morning, the download got stuck several times; speed check showed a speed issue here, likely causing this prob.
So restart of the router and ten minutes later, full 67mbps restored and all ok.
Ironic really, regularly restarting kit, but leaving loads of tabs open across different screens!
My access is laggy over 2 different iPads over two different locations/networks.

As a matter of interest, are you using Safari, Firefox or (is it called) Discourse app?
Safari on both iPads.

And I’m using Safari on an iPhone and it is the forum I’m talking about.
I only have the hanging/lag issue with Naim forum, on iPad w/Safari…
