Naim Mu-So Internet Radio doesn’t work

Muso qb 2nd. My internet radio doesn’t work After 1 year beautiful listening. Buuut, doesn’t work 99% station, kcrw24 and deep vibes radio still works. I don’t know what happens, please help me

Did you install a firmware update? Naim recently started using their own internet radio aggregation service, which is much better than the old vTuner. If that’s also the case on your system, you have to re-create the presets by searching for the stations.

I’m from Russia, in stops playing about 1 week ago. Firmware 4.4.0 (6575)

I wonder if there is some firewall issue at play here. Try some of the stations directly from a browser.

I think some country wide firewall rule is at play on amazon based servers.

I’ve moved Russia to a different domain on the radio system. Lets see how things go. Will be a bit slower but better than being blocked, you might need to remove power, then plug your Muso back in.
