Frequently two or three times a week (maybe more) I have to unplug my Muso QB 2 and the dial does a it’s revolving display before I can use it. I’m guessing this is it updating?

Is there anything that could be causing this other than very frequent updates?
It’s not updating. Updates happen maybe once or twice a year. It sounds more like it’s losing contact with your router. If it’s using wifi, try wiring it or boosting the wifi signal using access points or whatever.
