Type in Nait 50 speakers and there is a thread with around 500 posts . On the whole it seems to take a wide range of speakers .
One that might suit you is the PMC Prodigy at £1250 and well received

FWIW my Proac Studio 110 works fine with low powered amplifiers.
Never tried Tablet 8 but the older Tablet were a much harder try.
The Tablette 10 might be a better alternative, also goes close to rear wall as do Studio 110.

I had the ProAc Tablette 8 Signatures for a while with the Nait 5i (non-italic), which is 50w/channel. I enjoyed the combo.
