Naim NAP 150

Hi Naim folks:

I’ve had plenty of Naim gear in my time except for amps. I primarily run tube gear (amp and preamp). I was looking for a good SS amp as backup.

In researching the amp, I noticed that the manual is pretty specific about using Naim speaker wire. It also mentions Naim speaker adapters, which the owner of the amp doesn’t have.

Anybody out there have experience with this Amp? What is required for speaker termination?

Appreciate any help.

It takes standard banana plugs. The Naim NACA5 speaker cables can use the standard speaker plug termination box, but standard banana plugs work fine.

Jeff, The NAP150 you are being offered could be in the order of twenty years old. It might need a service to give its best performance.
