Hi Folks…I have problems with Naim app for streaming Tidal…It connects very hard…when track skips to the next one it get stuck for a few seconds…Is there any problem with Naim app and Tidal?
Are you on wired or WiFi?
If on WiFi then wired is much more reliable.

Is the firmware up to date? The last few versions had some Tidal updates. The latest is 4.7.
Hi , I have problem with Tidal too… Sometimes the streaming is intermittent especially in the evening. But not with radio , they are ok…
Maybe Tidal is too heavy and in peak hours is not supported from the wifi?
It’s most likely your WiFi. In the evenings you could have contention with neighbouring routers.
Wired is the best option.
But my router works only in WiFi…and this happen only since the last update…
So an update was done on the router and now only WiFi works?
Is a router which works only in wifi , no cable,but have other devices that don’t have any problems. But even ND5 didn’t have problems until a week ago…and the problem is only playing Tidal from nd5 not with other devicis…
So what device was updated? Is the ND5 on the latest firmware?
yes is on the latest, no problem before , but now after updating …
even if the update may be not responsable…
