Chord Clearway - perhaps upgrade once I’ve got my system fully plumbed in again but it does the job well for relatively low cost.

I’ll be looking out for your in depth report. 
I was very close to buying one a few weeks ago, but was put off by the fact Qobuz is only via Chromecast. (for the time being). But reading other forum users comments, NP5 chromecast is very good.
Don’t be put off using optical. The often repeated ‘Naim don’t optimise optical’ is an urban myth.
I use a Ndac with optical, prefer it to coax.

Hi, I have also purchased the Ifi audio ipower, power supply as well.
I only paid £408 for the NP5 mk2, brand new on EBay, and have just put an order in for the Clearway’s
Hopefully it should all sound great.
There isn’t a lot wrong with the NDX’s DAC section at the end of the day, but I will keep an eye out for preloved NDAC in the future, with this new front end, that would probably sound somewhat special😁

Hi, I have purchased the IFI X power supply as an upgrade, definitely a step up from the Wal Wart power supply that comes with the NP5
