Naim Nova tidal problem

I bought a used NOVA and stream from quobuz.
The former owner used tidel.
how can I uninstal this because with some records i get the notification that tidel does not accept this number.

Two things to check.

Firstly, that you are running the latest version of the Naim App - that’s 5.22.2 for iOS and 2.22.1 for Android.

Then within the App, ensure TIDAL is not enabled as an input.

If you still have issues, a full factory reset of your Nova will take it back to ‘as new’ settings.

In the Naim app, you can disable the “inputs” that are shown in the upper part of the screen. Tidal should be one of them.
