I have an olive series system 72/180+hicap how do I go about getting these serviced.

Either use Naim in Salisbury via a Naim dealer. Or direct with Class A in Sheffield.

Uncle Darran - Class A in Sheffield - did a lovely job with our 72 - HC - 140.

Darran at Class A Servicing in Sheffield is a Naim authorised service agent and provides a truly excellent service.
If you book in your amplifier with Darran ahead of time, he may even be able to service your items that day.

Welcome to the forum. As said above you are blessed with two choices in the UK both will get you serviced Naim equipment to return them to full original spec using the correct parts.

I have two items serviced by Class A and one by the Naim service dept.
