Following the website redesign I can’t seem to find a link to the Nova’s online manual.
Going to this site and scrolling down I can ‘Purchase’ the Quick Start guide which from memory came in the box anyway, but the old interactive online manual seems to have gone.
An old tmtk link constantly reloads for me or redirects to the Nova PE page, unless it’s my browser and ad-blocker. I assume Naim cut ties with this online manual company?
Seems there are some new videos, hints and tips etc here, the format seems more suited to mobile phones:
Is this correct however, odd if the Nova PE (I was asking about the Nova) but it’s assumed PE, does not have a server mode for USB media like the Nova does?
I was just trying to search for info relevant to a question elsewhere.
I was also looking to download a fresh copy of the Naim manuals as they contain detailed connection guides and NAC programming details, can’t find them anywhere on Naim’s redesigned website. Pretty strange.
Just go to the Assistance section of the website. Scroll down to Product Documentation and then type in the product.
Oddly enough the pre-amp manual is there but not if you type in NAC 552 - for that you just get a Product Spec sheet. I guess they’ll need to tweak that. However, as it’s the same manual for the NAC252, NAC282 etc… just type in one of those and then click on the manual download.
