Not sure any did but given the site expanded over years and years, decades, I would imagine there would have been some on site accidents. However the Guinness family apparently were famed for providing top drawer working conditions and benefits to their employees for the time. I’m sure I remember reading somewhere that more workers died from alcohol poisoning than accidents…
