Looks like the one used with the Unitiserve. The pluggy end bit goes into a small SMPS. The choke is meant to filter out any noise re-entering the mains supply.

I have now cancelled my order and plans to replace my PowerLines (j/k)
It’s just a standard Naim power cable with the addition of a ferrite ring inside the little black box that can help filter out any electrical interference. It would work fine in any box that needs a standard kettle lead.
