Naim Star screen dead and wifi not discoverable

Hi guys,

Got a problem with my Naim Star.. went dead.. turns on but suddenly nothing shows up on the front display and I can’t discover it in the WiFi mode.

Any service help, please?

I take it youve disconnected the mains cable and tried a reboot.
Try a factory reset.
