I have trouble getting the Nova to recognize the HDMI cable, so there’s no sound from the TV and therefore no ARC function. When I switch the same cable over to my Bluesound Powernode 2i, everything works as it should. Any advice?
Edit: It’s a Samsung TV.
I had the same issue, and chose to use the optical for sound from TV to Nova.

Unfortunately. Don’t know if software update s will heal this.
But I’m not in the know.

I would strongly suggest contacting our support team, with all the details - they are logging them all so we can work on updates
