I know there is another Naim update thread but honestly, I don’t have time to weed through 1.4k items. What exactly has been the problem? Perhaps I haven’t listened to discerning but I don’t seem to have any issues with the new firmware update. The annoying part is that the ND555 will disappear like my NDS used to do but I haven’t found an issue with the sound. I do run Chord Music cabling between the ND555 and the 552. Is there something I should be listening for? Thanks.
Then I personally wouldn’t worry, or try to listen for specific issues.
There was a SQ issue some reported with it. Naim released another update, 3.10.1, that seems to have largely resolved the issue they were reporting. The issues were mostly reported by people with higher end systems, like your 500 level system. But not all 500 level system owners reported problems, and not all people who reported problems had 500 level systems. Maybe update to 3.10.1 and see if your connectivity issues ease? But if you haven’t noticed an issue with your superb system then I would just enjoy it!

I can not speak to any problems with the 3.10.1 firmware update. I have been enjoying the music since it has been installed.
