Looking for recommendations in central London for Naim dealers. Mainly interested in trying out the 500 Series on site. Reviewing Naim’s website they have Focal featured an a lot of other dealers. I am looking to the forum for actual experience in order to narrow the field. Thank you.

), I hear good things about Oranges and Lemons south of the River but again they’re not central. KJWestOne in Marylebone gets good reviews…

Perhaps call Graham’s Hi-Fi located near Highbury & Islington tube & train station. They are a Naim dealer but worth checking before visiting what equipment they have to demonstrate. They were my local dealer when I lived in London.
More central are KJ West One near Marylebone who have all sorts of high end equipment.

Grahams are no longer just off Essex Road. They’ve moved to…er, near Barnet or a bit nearer.

No, sadly it’s not…for me. Grahams were my dealer off and on for a long time (Sound Organisation at London Bridge accounted for the ‘off’ times).
Still finding it hard to try a different dealer if I’m honest.

I live 14,000km(9000miles) from London and was envious of those in UK having easy access to Naim dealers.
Now this has changed for me, the two (1.5) Naim dealers in my city have both relocated to within 1 km of my home - it feels like they are coming after me for having listened to my CB 32.5/HC/250 for 44yrs ….

Audio Lounge in Wigmore Street W1 might be an option? I think they sell Naim. No direct experience of dealing with them so cannot provide a recommendation. Good luck.

If you go west, Premium Sound off High St Ken is a new-ish Naim dealer. They have some products on site (def not 500 series though) and are really helpful / responsive. I’ve ordered a few things through them (mostly accessories and other stuff) and have had 100% positive experiences.

Not quite Central London but Billy Vee in Lewisham has all the Naim gear and Paul offers brilliant service. I’ve been going for over 35 years

I visited Audio Lounge Wigmore St a few months ago. They had several Naim setups there and some serious speakers! Well worth a visit

Western suburbs of Kingston, well Hampton Wick, gives you Infidelity. Been around for donkeys. Superb dealer.

Another vote for Oranges and Lemons in SW11, who are my dealer. But KJ West One in Marylebone has a very good reputation as does Audio Venue on Bond Street in Ealing. The latter would also give you the chance to audition some high end Luxman amps
