I have a RCA (not naim) pre-amp that is connected to NAP 200. Can I upgrade to NAP 250? Is it possible to connect NAP 250 to a RCA pre-amp? It does have complete different plugs then NAP 200.

Yes, you can do it in exactly the same way as you do with your 200, except that the 250 uses an XLR connection.

Note that the XLR connector here is single ended and stereo (NOT balanced). You’ll likely need a custom made interconnect.

Indeed, or just replace the DINs on the supplied DIN to XLR cable with RCAs.
