Narcom 5 remote and Nait 5SI

Hi all, maybe a stupid question… Since the beginning, Narcom 5 remote included with my Nait 5SI was behaving in many strange ways (two years old, second hand occasion in mint condition).

In some cases, maybe because of a combination of keys, it was unable to control my amp. I’ve solved looking on the net, restoring factory settings (power on pressing CD+AV).

Yesterday, it stopped to control volume down (only volume up). I’v found that several keys are disabled (Mute, 2,3 and others).
Documentation is very poor and I can’t find a solution (not fallen on the floor, I exclude it is broken).

Ideas? Hints?

First thing to try is a fresh set of batteries.

It sounds like it is broken. Time for a new one.

It was the first thought first time it happened: impossible to change input, then I pressed key “0” and, magically, fixed… Maybe this time it is different.
