Have a question, moving from the Uniti Star to a SN3, how do I program the remote to let me select the inputs on the SN3?
The manual is pretty useless it seems. I hold down program (prog) and nothing happens. The only thing working is the volume buttons.

Need some help!

Select Pre on the Narcom 5 first. It will then operate the pre-amp.

As cdboy advises above, because the remote can control different devices, you need to ensure the remote softkey selection is set to control your particular device, in this case Pre for pre-amp controls.
