Nas/asset and Android app behaviour

So, im having trouble seeing the tracks from my Nas/asset with the latest android app.

I get the same behaviour on my ndx2 and nd5xs2, see below.

Yet, if i use the beta app ( im a beta member) all is well.

Thoughts?

Maybe try the ‘Rebuild Music Database’ option in the Settings? Some time ago, I had something similar and that solved the problem.

Thanks, hit that button an hour ago. It does say it’ll take some time to “ rebuild”. Odd that same behaviour on both machine with release app, but beta, which is older version, works as expected.

Hmmm…You can also try resetting the app with ‘Reset App’ under ‘App settings’. That is probably a more logical action if the issue occurs with both streamers and not with the beta version.

Reset the app, appears to have fixed it. Thanks. Of course it now wants me to attempt to register my priducts again ! Hopefully this has resolved the issue.

I’m on iPhone and I’ve been having to restart asset all the time recently can’t tell if the issue is on assets end or naim.

Behaviour between assest and naim andoid app was odd. The album tracks would suddenly stop at say any Artist after P or M or sometimes half way through a letter.

In the end, I reset the app and it fixed it
