ND5 XS 2 - Lost one channel

Hi - I bought my Naim ND5 XS 2 about 1-1.5 years ago and suddenly today for no reason the left channel has stopped outputting via the RCA jack. I connect via RCA to my McIntosh integrated. I’ve swapped interconnects and eliminated the issue as cable, speaker wire, speaker or amplifier related. It is clearly internal to the Naim streamer.

I contacted my dealer today and sent S/N and sounds like they are starting the RA process with Naim. I’m just curious if others are having issues.

Sorry to hear this. Glad they are getting it taken care of for you. The ND5xs2 is a very nice streamer.

Sounds like the relay problem. Do a search. It has affected a few. I think doing a factory reset has worked for some.
